​As of 1 July 2016 the Financial Crime Risk Return (“the FCR Return”) will become available for all firms to complete on the Commission’s Online Submissions Portal. The Commission would remind all licence holders and registered businesses that the deadline for completion of the FCR Return is 31 October 2016. No changes have been made to the FCR Return and the manner of completion remains the same...

The Online Submissions Portal will be undergoing planned maintenance from 10.00am on Saturday 28th May, which will continue over the bank holiday weekend. During this time the Portal will be temporarily unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, we expect to be back online by the morning of Tuesday 31st.
