Investment Online Submissions - Investment Designated Manager Statistical Quarterly Return 141a and 141b

Further to the Commission’s news release of 16 March 2016 concerning the release of Returns 141a and 141b for submission effective quarter ending 31 March 2016.
These returns were due to be made accessible from 1 April 2016, however, we have during the final go live process been deliberating the usefulness of the data we have traditionally collated around sub-funds.
As a result we have decided that other than the total number of sub funds in existence we will no longer collate that information. We trust this will be seen as a positive move. This change will require further development work on the returns 141a and 141b and these forms will be removed from relevant licensees’ timelines whilst the development is carried out.
In the meantime we are pleased to attach here the existing Form NST updated into dynamic PDF format and with the section on the sub-funds removed. The deadline for submission remains 30 April 2016.
A further update will be issued by the Commission once the returns 141a and 141b have been finalised.
