Consultation Paper on Cyber Security Rules and Guidance

The Guernsey Financial Services Commission has issued today a Consultation Paper seeking views from interested parties on proposed Cyber Security Rules and an accompanying Guidance Note for all licenced entities under the various supervisory laws.
