Changes to the Online Submissions ('OS') Portal & Personal Questionnaire ('PQ') Portal

Form upgrades

Further to our previous news article regarding the forthcoming changes to the forms on the OS and PQ Portals, the following forms are now available in the new format:

126a - Fiduciary - Pension Scheme or Gratuity Scheme Quarterly Return

132 - Insurance Manager Annual Return

145 - Investment Quarterly Return

200 - Other Notification

220 – Outsourcing

226 - Surrender Registration

It should be noted that access to these forms is determined by the type of licence the entity has and the user permissions that have been set up by the firm's Super User. If you believe that you should have access to a specific form, please check with your firm's Super User before contacting [email protected].

Browser

It should be noted that to optimise your experience, the portals will perform better when you use either Chrome or Edge (as opposed to Internet Explorer (IE)) or other browsers with an operating system that is fully supported and regularly patched with security updates. Two Factor Authentication ('2FA')

We highly recommend that you use 2FA in order to protect yourself and your firm from unauthorised access on the portals. This can be activated in your profile and you are able to use either email or an authenticator app to issue the confirmation code. For further information about 2FA, please refer to the OS Portal FAQs and/or PQ Portal FAQs.

Single sign-on

For users with an OS Portal account and a PQ Portal account, it will soon be possible to activate a 'single sign-on'. More information about this will be provided when the functionality is available.
