Amendments to Schedules 1 and 2 to the Proceeds of Crime Law, etc.

On 24 November the States of Guernsey Policy Council signed the following amendment regulations which come into force on 1 December 2008:

 

The AML/CFT Handbooks have been amended to reflect the changes.  For ease of reference copies of the Handbooks have also been prepared identifying the changes made.  The relevant Legislation and Guidance pages of this website have been updated.
