Report an Unauthorised Financial Services and/or Unauthorised Professional Business

To report an unauthorised firm or person, please tell us as much as you can about the firm or individual you suspect of carrying out the unauthorised activity. An email containing this information can be sent to [email protected]

Please be aware that the Commission’s laws do not allow it to discuss its investigations, or disclose its findings, with you. You would only be made aware, if for example, a public statement was issued following any enforcement action that was taken by the Commission or as a result of court proceedings.

The Commission also operates a whistleblowing telephone line which can be used to report information which indicates that regulatory misconduct may have taken place.
